Currently there are 100’s of Dapp projects in the works!
Decentralized apps, otherwise known as dApps offer potential for fair, automated, secure and trustless software and applications. There is a thorough dynamic list of virtually every known dApp published including basic info, such as description, development status, social media profiles and website URL link on Ethercasts
Here are 5 Dapps that I’m really excited about…
Ethlance is a decentralized freelancer platform for the exchange of work for Ether, rather than traditional currencies.
Similar to AirTasker or Freelancer but taking less of your hard earned!
Users can interact with it using Mist or MetaMask
Swarm City is a decentralized P2P sharing economy.
Some have called it Uber or Craigslist on the blockchain. It requires users to have a Swarm City Token in order to pay for transactions in the ecosystem.
FirstBlood is bringing Decentralized blockchain technology to the rapidly growing & exciting market of Esports and I’m sure many millions of gamers around the world love to have a chance to be a pro gamer and actually make a loving from ‘playing’ not ‘blogging’. It’s like Pokerstars for skilled or gambly gamers.
The Esport industry is predicted by many to see rapid growth over the next few years and beyond.
COAKT is a revolutionary crowdfunding platform that lets users raise not only cash, but talent and technology as well in support of their ideas.
They’re calling it the “logical next phase of crowdfunding evolution,” and it may change entrepreneurial and startup methods in a profound and positive way.
Bitshares Decentralized Exchange
Bitshares is one of the original Decentralized Exchanges that operates as a true DAO and provides Blockchain banking products & trading platform in a fully decentralized manner. If we ever see another unfortunate major exchange hacking – such as what happened to Mt. Gox – the growth of Decentralized Exchanges (DEXs) may skyrocket. In this scenario, Bitshares BTS and other deflationary DEX tokens should see massive growth.
If you don’t know about these projects they might be worth a further investigation.
